I don&#x27;t understand why anyone is treating the display of a QR code as an advertising concept that an agency invented.<p>1. This is what QR codes are for<p>2. There&#x27;s a whole section in QR codes ensuring this is possible<p>3. This is not even close to the first solely QR code advertisement<p>Don&#x27;t get me wrong - it&#x27;s douchey for CoinBase to pretend they came up with something<p>But also ... did ... did anyone come up with something here?<p>It seems to me like it&#x27;s pretty similar to my saying &quot;you should fill that glass with water,&quot; then you filling the glass and saying it was your idea, then my saing &quot;how dare you, I invented filling with water&quot;<p>I don&#x27;t get it

Not being a regular reader of AdWeek -- how does it maintain credibility when the ad it ranked #1 was ranked dead last among viewers?<p><i>Adweek named the [Coinbase] spot the best of this year’s Super Bowl ads, though the mainstream viewers who determine the USA Today Ad Meter rankings placed it dead last among the 2022 lineup</i>
