The Kremlin website, as well as most Russian government websites, are down

Russia Today is down too: <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.rt.com&#x2F;" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.rt.com&#x2F;</a>

I was wondering why the sanctions being put in place didn&#x27;t include literally cutting off <i>all</i> network traffic from Russia, especially when the concerns about cyberattacks have been proving to be real.
