I keep seeing tons of talk of nuclear weapons, and I'm not really sure why everyone's so worried about them. Even the <i>soviets</i> understood MAD. Everyone does. Nobody's going to use nukes. Nobody wants to. They exist to not have to be used. That is their whole purpose now.<p>This conflict is perfectly executable within the bounds of conventional warfare. It needs no more.
