But along with finding fit, the idea moves past the early adopters phase and into a market segment that 3+x or more larger. A segment that&#x27;s primed to jump on board. So aside from fit being out of that way, #2 has lower acquisition cost, likely less churn as well.<p>What would be interesting to know is, does #2 - because the idea is less risky - also have access to better talent?
