I hiring new devs (both senior and junior) for my product and I am looking for some advice.<p>I wanna know: - What to look for in a candidate? - How should I assess them? - What are some common red flags to look for?

Your question is too general to give you any elaborate answer, but I&#x27;ll state the obvious and say that communication is one of the most important aspects in remote work. If you feel there&#x27;s something off in the way the interviewee expresses her thoughts during the interview you&#x27;ll most likely struggle to exchange ideas later on too.
