Knitting is a hobby with a very low barrier of entry, that really anyone can do (given the time and $10 for tools and materials to start). Yes, if you want to know the name of the sheep that gave wool for your sweater, things can become expensive, but so can be every other hobby, if you complicate things enough.<p>Then someone comes, does something, someone else doesn't like it, and bam, a racist card is played... why? I know it's $current_year, but it's knitting... what does race have to do with knitting?
