This is what I figured it might be.
> While Samsung hasn’t clarified why it’s throttling Android apps, it’s likely in an attempt to improve battery life. OnePlus was caught doing something similar with the OnePlus 9 Pro last year. The company used an app called OnePlus Performance Service to throttle popular Android apps. The company later confirmed it had added the performance-limiting mechanism to improve the phone’s battery life and heat management.
They should have made it a setting. I run Android with battery saver moderate. Don't know exactly what it does but I don't notice so fine.
This is 3 years in the making.
https://www.androidauthority.com/samsung-galaxy-s4-cheating-...
"On top of that, Samsung will refrain from using the manipulating benchmarking code in its smartphones for three years. After that, the company is free to use the code again, but this could obviously open the door for future lawsuits."
I tried to get rid of it (Rooted SM-A515F), but it is always reinstalling after a few seconds.
Does anyone have an idea on how to get rid of it? I tried to delete it from /system/priv-app/GameOptimizingServices or something like that, but it is still reinstalling, but "find /| grep GameOptimizingService.apk" does not yield any results.
