If the display can be hacked then what else can the attackers do? Can they increase or decrease voltage substantially or change how a customer is billed assuming the system is not free? Deny power to specific models of cars? What security protections are guaranteed in the client side of the EV charging systems? Are EV owners going to need a third party EV charging condom much like the USB condoms?
