Russian agreements are solid. The Russians may take a while to reach agreements, which can be very frustrating to negotiators, but when they do they stick to them.<p>Having been on the receiving end, I would trust a Russian and his word more than I would trust a member of any other culture. They don't bluff when they say something. I wish more people would take notice when a Russian gives a warning about anything.
