The safety score based on g-forces for braking and cornering are such utter BS. Just because I enjoy spirited driving doesn't mean that I am unsafe, or incapable of baby sitting the AI.
After driving like a granny for far too long, I managed to get the FSD beta. And wow, its driving is terrifying. Picture a 90 year old who just got their license. A terrifying mixture of over-cautious, oblivious, and just plain dumb. Blowing through stop signs, turning left turns into many-pointed turns with the steering wheel jerking around, forgetting to signal, refusing to pull into gaps in traffic that are plenty big. Ugh. It was not worth the painfully slow driving to game the safety score, much less the $$ I wasted on it.
I seriously doubt that it will ever be more useful than lane keeping.
