Putin calls pro-Western Russians 'traitors,' threatens 'self-cleansing'

I understand where Putin is coming from. People such as draft dodgers and the radical anti-war crowd are bastards. But I get the impression that Putin is blaming these groups for his own failures and possibly acting out of emotion by calling them out.
