> Silence is a sign that you accept the Russian government's policy.
What an idiotic and nonsensical statement that is. You can oppose the Russian government's policy and be silent AND DO something.
Even then it's very easy to say that at the comfort of your computer screen from somewhere far away from the tanks or in a sanctioned country. The quoted sentence shows a fundamental lack of understanding of the lengths that an authoritarian government will do to silence its people and why they are brave for even speaking out in the first place. It's a very giant risk for them.
You know 'actions' like doing something speak much lower than words, like donating to Ukraine or flagging misinformation? Makes a difference and far less risk involved.
