Interesting! I like the psychology aspect behind this. Think about mom&#x27;s cooking, or that hole-in-the-wall restaurant everyone loves, or that french fry that&#x27;s a little more cooked and crunchy than the rest.<p>Normally, when it comes to products, we tend to look for conformity and patterns, otherwise it&#x27;s deemed as a misfit and we don&#x27;t want it.<p>But with food (to a certain extent) it&#x27;s almost the opposite. We tend to recognize that unconformity = authenticity.<p>Would love to hear someone&#x27;s more in-depth psychological analysis on this!
