I own 1000s of old home computers (including quite a few of soviet era clones) and I have them distributed in 3 places in west EU and still am worried about them getting destroyed or damaged. But I would never have thought of war destroying them; water, fire and just assholes is my usual go to. The human suffering is obviously worse, but these kind of things are tragedies added on top. First signs of escalation of this war, I am packing up at least one of my storages and moving them out of the eu just in case, with my family by the way.

Wow that sucks, blunt force Russians didn't bother to make a map of cool things it might be nice for their kids to be able to visit.
Just imagine if that happened to the Computer History Museum in Mountain View.
It's all nothing compared to the ongoing suffering and loss of human life in Ukraine right now.
