Recently a journalist approached me to see whether I would be interested in speaking about what it was like to work there. 10K+ head count, triple that previously employed; this place is known for it’s bad staff retention. I imagine they have realized this and doing some reality check with the old staff to materialize. Have you spoken at all? What are the nonobvious risks?
The biggest risk is that you signed a contract saying you wouldn't disparage the company you worked for in perpetuity or for some time frame after employment. I would speak to the press about previous employers, but they could have grounds for a legal dispute combined with a larger budget for legal than you can afford.
