'This is inhumane': The cost of zero Covid in Shanghai

The entire pandemic has been inhumane, but I’m puzzled by this reaction by Chinese citizens. With a government that is inhumane by definition, and oppressive as it is, it’s interesting to see Chinese people actually express dissatisfaction..
