Ukraine did a year’s worth of work in 2 weeks to get on Europe’s energy grid

Seems like Russia struck at a moment of vulnerability, while they were disconnected from the grid. I wonder if they knew in advance of the test.

This is quite an indictment of the inefficiencies of EU regulations in general.
