Founders, independent researchers, etc., how do you deal with all the challenges that often come with pursuing your own unique vision?<p>It's a very big question, but here are some of the things I've struggled with myself, or can imagine happening:<p>- general lack of guidance and trying to figure out everything yourself<p>- self-doubt and dealing with criticisms, failures, disappointment<p>- staying motivated and maintaining progress<p>- staying true to your vision, while being open-minded to feedback<p>- navigating big shifts in direction<p>- feeling isolated/alone because no one else understands your vision
