Stingers aren&#x27;t the only relevant technology, US isn&#x27;t the only relevant producer of such technology, and the review of the Ukraine conflict has only just begun. Perhaps they&#x27;ll find out that building obsolescent things like Stingers have a higher ROI than building obsolescent things like manned aircraft?<p>If the goal of the armed forces are to win or survive a conflict, it&#x27;s not the weapon system that&#x27;s important it&#x27;s the battlefield and logistical problems that&#x27;s important. The argument about 100 stealth fighters vs. 350 F-16&#x27;s vs. 1000 drones. Or, the ability to provide food and fuel without interruption.
