It's probably impossible to analyze apoliitcally, but I wonder what kind of drag (or lift) the people with personalities or values that would cause them to leave over this are providing. There is a definitely a potential that this "exodus" could strengthen the company culture and focus on work, and provide a big boost to productivity. I'm not saying it's a sure thing, just that it's not necessarily a bad thing, and could end up in the investors' favor
