My mother in law's mom is from one of these islands, and when I showed her the pictures of this site, she knew the names of most people and their backgrounds. It was incredible listening to that.<p>She also said that a few of the houses as it was in the process of transported over the water and then resettled, were looted while people were told to stay away, quite sad.
