At first i thought: meh, cute but not innovative...But then, i made my way to the makers of this site - which are Clover App (<a href="https://cloverapp.com" rel="nofollow">https://cloverapp.com</a> - digital notebook app.)...and then really appreciated how they took their product and offered an alternative offering with some current nostalgia around the older (and fun, creative!) web...and now i seriously applaud them for this cleverness! Whether it succeeds or not, i really like this approach; kudos to the Clover app. folks! Seeing this angle, i will now look into the clover app for friends and family who don't have the tech chops for a website and/or who just want a GUI/WYSIWYG interface for web pages.
Except the large headings and cliched catch phrases make it very "web 2.0" though maybe "Crank up the wow" is being used ironically.<p>I don't think bad colour schemes is what made the older web good.
Hi, if you're looking to build custom web apps for your business or personal use, I highly suggest this Frontlyapp, a no-code front-end development software. I’ve been using it for a long while now and it helps me to be more efficient and scale faster.
