This makes me really happy.<p>These companies treat this stuff as unimportant edgecases because it only happens in a couple of cases but when you are the size of carvana, your edgecases can cause major disruptions in a huge number of people's lives.<p>Companies need to be forced to feel this pain more often. And so awesome that this isn't a 3M fine slap on the wrist. I bet if you calculated the cost of losing your licensing in the state it's massively higher than what the equivalent fine would be.
