Can anyone explain Netflix's upcoming strategy? They seem to be pissing off their customer base, and moving in rather unpopular areas.
From my perspective they appear to be prepped to be acquired? i.e. Deliberate moves to cull their stocks, and now a move to cull their employee size.
They definitely seem to be a lucrative purchase for a company like Microsoft. It could work well with the xbox as a complete entertainment system, enables Microsoft to monetize their now growing game IP and moves a massive customer from AWS to Azure.
