Ok, well whenever the Tragedy of the Commons comes up we should keep in mind while it probably applies in some cases in the case that Garrett Hardin originally wrote about it didn&#x27;t apply <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;climateandcapitalism.com&#x2F;2008&#x2F;08&#x2F;25&#x2F;debunking-the-tragedy-of-the-commons&#x2F;" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;climateandcapitalism.com&#x2F;2008&#x2F;08&#x2F;25&#x2F;debunking-the-tr...</a> which I mean, when I first heard about it in my high school classes I thought, there is some bullshit here because if I&#x27;m a farmer and Geoff&#x27;s a farmer and he keeps grazing more of his herd on the commons then me and some of the other farmers will show up at Geoff&#x27;s some night and solve the problem, that is to say there may be a &#x27;tragedy&#x27; coming, but not the one Hardin supposed.
