For security reasons I want to add a second phone number (for Telegram, signing up for services etc.)<p>Which service do you recommend? I know Twilio, but they are doing way more now than just phone numbers and I am afraid they cancel my account for no reason or not enough traffic.
"Virtual" phone numbers won't work for signups with many security conscious service providers like banks.<p>Personally, I use a spare/old phone with this instead:

I’ve been using Grasshopper for years and it’s quite good. Though it’s probably a bit pricey if your use case is a simple throw away number. Might be worth digging around their pricing options though.
