What is the purpose behind <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;open5g.com" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;open5g.com</a> and <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.athertonfiber.com" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.athertonfiber.com</a> ? Is it only for those with an Atherton address?<p>I live in Redwood City near the Atherton border, but it says I&#x27;m not eligible for their fiber service.
