What are some inspiring videos I can watch to renew my passion for startups?

31 pointsby mbhover 13 years ago
I remember when I was learning guitar and it was so frustrating in the beginning, I used to watch great rock guitarists and draw inspiration from them. Videos of live performance kept me going. Extending the same analogy, is there some great startup videos that I can watch to get inspired when I am down and demotivated?

Inspiration can be highly personal. This is the video that did it for me. "When you want to succeed as bad as you want to breath, then you'll be successful."<p><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fsm-QbN9r8&#38;t=20" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5fsm-QbN9r8&#38;t=20</a>

This is just for fun (not informational at all), but I love how it parodies the startup culture.<p>College Humor Start-up Guys:<p><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMmdl4VltD4" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LMmdl4VltD4</a><p>At the very least the video will cheer you up :)

May not be technical. But, Bill Cosby's commencement speech, talked to my heart.<p><a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BY-WFfajWq8" rel="nofollow">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BY-WFfajWq8</a>

Go to Mixergy.com. It's hands down the best resource for learning directly from company founders.<p>Also go check out the early episodes of This Week In Startups.
