This is reasonable, as while the colloquial wording says “fish”, the law has to enumerate families.<p>The law explicitly lists many different species, including invertebrates, which is what “insects” are.<p>It just makes a “better” headline to claim that the court is calling bees fish.<p>The alternative would be the law not covering, for example, shrimp, or octopus, muscles, etc which are also not fish.
