Book Recommendations by Thought Leaders

I am surprised that so many people recommend "Good to Great." The book suffers from many issues, prime among them is survivorship bias. The sample size is extremely small (11 companies).

This looks interesting. I'm not thrilled about the Facebook-only sign up, but it appears to be browsable without it.
