Colleague of mine needed to give me his credit card credentials a while ago. He just held the card into his webcam for me, but Teams blurred out the details automatically. Was quite surprised by this. Not a bad feature per se but probably also means that Microsoft now has some credit card information to use...

Wish they'd use that AI to make it stop recording audio forever after I leave a meeting. If I have to restart your meeting software every time I'm done with a meeting, you have a problem.

The feature of reducing latency that causes different people to overlap each other when speaking seems quite interesting if they managed to solve it properly.
