Microsoft reportedly blocks Russian Windows 10 and Windows 11 downloads

I’ve been receiving reports of O365 downloads blocked in Russia for the passed couple of weeks too

And people tell me that Microsoft is cruel and heartless. There <i>is</i> some good in them after all.
