I read that book (Atomic Habits) and frankly this article summarize the main points quite well.<p>1. Start small<p>2. Make habits part of your personality (you don't have to workout, you are someone who works out)<p>3. Repetition makes it easier (Do it even when you don't want to and it will get progressively easier)<p>I feel like all of those are somewhat obvious in hindsight but it's nice to see them formalized.
