Everyone can cultivate Persistence instead of relying on "genius", whatever that word means to you. An article I found:
https://exploringyourmind.com/the-key-to-being-a-true-genius...
I especially liked this sentence, talking about examples of genius Steve Jobs, Stephen Hawking, and Leonardo Da Vinci:
"if there was something that characterized them, it was their drive to outperform themselves every day."

Everyone is a genius if they tap into latent genius that may be buried inside. For those who have tapped it and continue to leverage their genius, that’s great! You can be a genius with low IQ, however IQ is a bad metric for measuring genius.
What’s it like though? Everything is an opportunity, and opportunities multiply as they are seized, so you will see many doors open for you if you apply yourself. Talent without work is nothing.

Having way too many ideas and not enough time to work on all of them. You have to say "no" a lot to not let it drag you down.

Like everyone is blind.
The world runs in slow motion.
Frustrating, depressing.
