His ego has gotten him in a big mess. I doubt that he will be forced to go thru with it but he's going to have to pay big. He can take the hit but his reputation will be mud for years to come. He'll be known as the guy that backed out of purchasing Twitter for life. But worse than that he'll be known as they guy you can't trust. All because he couldn't control his inflated ego.

Honestly seems like he used the twitter deal to liquidate 8 billion of tesla stock without causing the price to collapse too much. One of the only things that'll change people's minds is if he repurchases some tesla stock

Musk is just so full of shit, everyone can see him for the grifter he is now. He'd do so much better if he just stopped running his mouth.

The amount of envy people here have for Elon is crazy. The man is succeeding at making us a multi-planetary species, arguably the single most important achievement in the history of life itself, and your little damaged egos can't handle it. So sad.

Kinda sick of Musk's shenanigans and I wanted to see this happen. Is it all a bunch of excuses, but ultimately due to TSLA stock getting rocked?

Most likely this will go to courts and the likely outcome will be that Musk pays $1 billion severance fee and that's it.
