Sure, all the time. Very bad ones. So far the worst seem to end up on my website and the best are never finished. Ah well. They are therapeutic to write, and I don't get the sense that I really need this activity to be performative in nature. So unfinished is mostly ok.
https://www.friendlyskies.net/notebook/pine-needles-part-one

Yes, I do. However, they are rarely worked on to the point of being read by an audience (of any size).
It's sort of like an MVP (except your story is a novel creation that you're writing as art and not as a utility or "something people want") with a lot of bugs.

Yes.
A really short:
The wanderer froze. The site before a wonder. For a moment, the intent of passage was lost, and a belonging to nowhere was overcome with belonging everywhere. Then the moment past. The horizon was seen elsewhere as empty and far off. A long road lay ahead.

I've been playing with the meta of writing things that write stories. As well as different forms of prose.

"Yes", he typed. "I'm not sure if they're good, but it brings me joy to create."
