Not really sure how to square this analysis against this op-ed from the WSJ today: <a href="https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.wsj.com&#x2F;articles&#x2F;twitters-lawsuit-against-elon-musk-looks-like-a-loser-11657716142" rel="nofollow">https:&#x2F;&#x2F;www.wsj.com&#x2F;articles&#x2F;twitters-lawsuit-against-elon-m...</a><p>(The WSJ article was clearly written in a professional tone, and it made eminent sense - whereas I have a hard time believing the person who wrote this blog got their J.D.)<p>Matt Levine has also done his usual whiny sarcastic coverage of the event and come up with something more akin to what this person (and Twitter armchair lawyers) think.<p>I guess I&#x27;ll wait until the dust settles but I think the guys from the WSJ are gonna be right.
