This seems like a set of people who either:<p>1. Are required to go into an office and are pleased in general that air conditioning exists or<p>2. Have poor home air conditioning so they find functioning air conditioning preferable.<p>Hard to see this moving the needle at all really. Most people --at least the type of people represented in the article-- have decently functioning air conditioning at home, along with a comfortable chair, nice desk, the snacks and drinks that they prefer, and the ability to control their environment. This reminds me of public school advocates, who promote the immutable characteristics of their environment as the benefits of their environment.
