Ask HN: What have you bought recently?

1 pointsby ID1452319almost 3 years ago
I always think that I should treat myself to something new, but can never think of anything. So, what have you bought recently (it doesn't have to be tech related) that you'd recommend to the community?

Plastic ukulele. https://www.ceceres.com.au/pub/kealoha-concert-ancient-realm And because it's plastic it's travel friendly. Cost about 80$(AUD) and it's a great way to learn a "skill" and have fun. (I quoted skill because I suck, but have fun)
Longboard skateboard.. Good way to get around and in shape. (I'm over 45 years old)

Logitech MX Keys keyboard. I'm a keyboard geek, I love mechanical keyboards and stuff.. I also used to hate low-profile keyboards. But this one is the best one I've ever had so far. Logitech MX Anywhere mouse is great, and I decided to give MX Keys a chance, and it turned out to be just totally awesome.
It is portable, highlighted, and hot-switch (3 devices) bluetooth. Perfect for me.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JFTBOR8AKpU
