Surprising to me, since in the last more-than-ten years I think this is the first time it's happened

Seems to be back up.<p>Outage was between 21:40 and 23:02 UTC by my count.<p>[edit]<p>Temperamental<p>6 mins down again between 23:10 and 23:17 UTC for me.
