Holding payment processors accountable seems like the wrong approach. If hosting the content is illegal, then it seems to me that the hosting entity should be the one to bear responsibility.<p>Aiming for payment processors will just create a chilling effect where certain classes of sites (ie, legal adult sites) won&#x27;t be able to collect payments.

So stupid, what about holding ICANN accountable, they made the whole thing possible. Or the US government for essentially inventing the internet.
