I've been using the daily builds from GitHub on an Apple Silicon MacBook Pro (M1, 2020) to stream on YouTube for months without a problem. The performance has been great and these versions have allowed me to stream at 1440p (2K) and 30 fps without loosing any frames.
Most third-party plugins aren't available yet. For instance, Elgato Stream Deck doesn't work with these builds but Elgato is working on a compatible version for OBS Studio 28, which mainly means updating from Qt 5 to Qt 6.
> Mac/Linux support is limited. HDR preview does not work, and several inputs/encoders still need to be updated.
What do they mean by 'limited'? Is there even a Linux configuration that will support 10-bit color space yet?
