Their H-11B reactor was the concept proposed by Rostoker, Binderbauer and Monkhorst back in the late 90s, right? This is one of only two or three fusion efforts that might have a future. The other two are chasing D-3He fusion, a much easier target that has certain drawbacks.<p>Not on Earth, of course, because they will never come close to matching the cost of renewables, but they will be a necessity in the outer solar system.
