If Kevin O'Leary of all people is saying "hey, they want to work from home, and it seems to work, so I'm good with it", I think that's a sign that it should be a non-issue. But try telling upper management at my company, and they'll return fire with fantasies about all the collaboration that can get done if everyone's always in the office -- collaboration that I have <i>never</i> seen happen in my 4 years here, including pre-COVID when everyone <i>was</i> always in the office. There's this CEO Office Collaboration Fantasy that's as pervasive and fictional as the more well-known Good Guy With A Gun Hero Fantasy.
