In October, J&J created a subsidiary, LTL Management, assigning its talc claims to it. It later placed it into bankruptcy, which paused the pending lawsuits.

How is that even legal?

It's been a while since I bought powder, in the UK it's been quite a long time (pre-covid?) since I saw Boots (a pharmacy chain) stock their own brand of scented talcum powder. I wonder has it been withdrawn from the market altogether here? I know for certain the baby powder I've been using since is cornstarch.

If I was a father of an infant I would just buy corn starch and cut out the middle man

So... There's no possible way J&J's powder wasn't the safest on the market. Are all the other manufacturers going to have to follow suit?

Better for frying, also.
