Engerbrained morons. Kind of crazy to be put in a position of supporting Facebook but there you go. Didn't Grant Schapps just suggest number plates for bicycles? This is in the same territory but much more dangerous versus freedom of speech.

No thank you.<p>This is also solving the wrong problem - only government would be able to tap into these message.<p>But children being bullied or intimidated into doing things they don&#x27;t want to (compromising photos) is a real problem, and for that you need parents not government.<p>But phones block parents, everything is locked down, encrypted, they have modes with auto-deleting messages. It&#x27;s basically impossible to actually check what your children are doing.<p>Tech companies have made is almost impossible to parent children. Yet when something happens people say &quot;where were the parents?&quot;.
