Actual title is "Ocean Sequestration".
The piece is about hiding CO2 as liquid on the deep ocean floor.
Personally I'm more in favor of removing CO2 the way that it happens naturally: by erosion and weathering.
CO2 gets chemically bound into some kinds of rocks. Enhanced weathering involves crushing olivine or similar rocks, and exposing the powder to air for a few weeks in a hot place, and then dumping it in the deep ocean.
It's what happens naturally. It'd just be quicker with mechanical assistance.
