just fyi hours earlier revealed that Twitch staff, Amazon employees, accepted crypto payment from one of the biggest gambling streamers on the site https://twitter.com/ostonox/status/1572264800616599552
https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/xje6p2/twit...
https://www.reddit.com/r/LivestreamFail/comments/xjglgl/form...
Twitch has had a gambling problem for years and they've done nothing about it. This is a platform that is used by young people from children to teens to young adults.
How did they not do anything sooner? This has to be one of the most irresponsible platforms on the internet. All under the watch eye of Amazon.
For the actual Twitch users out there who aren’t viewers of this specific content this is taking about streamers who were previously following the letter but not the spirit of Twitch’s gambling policy to conduct real life real money gambling. Not about the no stakes channel point betting feature that’s on Twitch itself.
