A Carbon Capture Plant in Wyoming Will Pull 5M Tons of CO2

Hopefully. In 2030. Starting from 10K tons next year.

I keep asking the question: how much CO2 is first released when building these plants (cement, steel, etc ) and how long will it take that plant to (re-)capture just that CO2. So far I have not received an answer?
