Try to keep in mind that the big company way of doing things isn't necessarily the best, it's often just what became institutionalised. Be prepared for rapid and unexpected changes to the work you're doing. Aim to create process only where it's needed to reduce friction, not increase it.<p>I did similar to you and these were the main challenges I faced.
